- When your items are ready for collection TFG/Pargo will send you a notification & a pin
- Take your pin + photo ID when collecting your order
- Excludes furniture items. Collection only available during store hours.
Collect from a Pargo pick-up point - over 2500 Pargo pick-up points across South Africa. Free for orders of R500 and over. A R50 fee is charged for orders under R500.

Furniture collection from our Warehouse - free from our distribution centres in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Nelspruit, Bloemfontein or Port Elizabeth.

TFG offers delivery to your door:
For orders excluding furniture:
- Delivery is FREE to an address of your choice for orders to the value of R500 or more
- A delivery fee of R50 is charged on orders under R500
- Delivery takes place between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
For furniture orders:
- Furniture items are delivered separately to other items
- An additional delivery fee, calculated at checkout, will be applied to your order. The fee is calculated using the location of your address relative to our distribution centre
- TFG offers an assembly service, free of charge, if the item comes unassembled
- Please ensure sufficient space to receive the goods
- TFG & our Couriers are not able to hoist goods onto balconies in office or apartment complexes

If your Gift Card expired between 25 April 2020 and 30 June 2020, an automatic extension of 3 months applies, i.e. if your card expiry date was 28-04-2020, the new expiry will now be 27-07-2020. To redeem, head into any of our stores before the extended 3 month period.
