This process has its origins in the decision of Southern African countries to take action to stop the flow of conflict diamonds to the markets, while at the same time protecting the legitimate diamond industry.
At Sterns all our diamonds are sold with quality guarantee certificates. Our gold quality meets international standards and is guaranteed.
We guarantee all our neck chain and bracelets against defects resulting from a manufacturing fault.
The guarantee excludes:
- Any breakage or damage seen by the manufacturer as abuse or mishandling.
- Any defect or discolouration caused due to exposure to chemicals.
- Any alteration to the make-up or nature of the chain/bracelet in any way.
